You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys. Keep your keys secret. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

• No illegal activity, abuse, or attempts to disrupt the Service.
• No use that violates the underlying model or provider terms.
• No reselling of raw access in violation of upstream provider terms.

4. Billing

Paid usage is billed per the pricing in effect. Prepaid credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Provider prices may change; we pass through changes transparently.

5. Service & availability

We route to upstream providers and aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Upstream outages or model changes may affect results.

6. Data

Your use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your prompts or completions.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the prior three months.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
